Meyer Plow & Pump Tools

We chose to put these videos on a DATA DVD. It MUST be played on a computer. It will not play in a conventional DVD player hooked up to a TV. The reason we chose this route is because at just over 5.5 hours in length, it would require 3 DVDs to fit it...

This is a Flex Hone used to Hone the E-46, 47, 57, 58, 60H, 61, 66, 68, and 88 Lift Cylinders (Click Related for E-60 Hone). Removes rust and pits. Will not remove bad pits, and scores but will smooth them out.

5,000 PSI Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge, includes adapter to screw in to High Pressure Port on Meyer E-47, E-57, E-58H, and E-60 pumps. Also fits H Models. Adapter will not fit older E-47 units with 5/8" Drain Plugs. It can still be used on them, but must.

Here we put together a kit, it is actually about (5) Hardware Kits worth in a 7 Compartment Plastic Storage Box. The combination of Hardware in this box covers all Meyer E-47, E-57, and E-60 units. We never offered Hardware .....

Genuine Meyer E-60 Cylinder Update Kit 08839. Increases Cylinder diameter to 1-3/4". Includes Seals, Cylinder, Piston, Follower. Pump pressure must be reset to 2000psi after install. DOES NOT FIT E-60H.

This tool is used to hold the Pump Check Valve in place when installing the E-60 Pump back into the E-60 Housing.

This is a Flex Hone to help clean the rust and pits out of the Pivot Pin Tubes when replacing Pivot Pins. Pic is a general representation of the Flex Hone.
